Who Can See Your Collections
Private, Link only and Public
You decide for each collection, and if you like for each item, who can see it:
- Private: only you.
- Link only: anyone with the link. It is not listed in Explore or found by search engines.
- Public: everyone. It is shown in Explore and can be found by search engines.
Items and Their Collection
For an item there is a fourth choice, “Same as the collection”: the item follows whatever the collection is set to. An item with its own setting is still never more visible than its collection: in a Link only collection, a Public item is seen as Link only until you share the collection more widely.
Changing It
- Open the collection or item and tap “Share”.
- Under “Who Can See It”, choose Private, Link only or Public (or, for an item, “Same as the collection”).
