Signing In and Two-Factor Authentication

Sign in with your email or a linked account, with an authenticator code if enabled

1. On the sign in screen, choose “Continue with email”, or the provider you signed up with.
2. For email: enter the email address and password of your ordicio account and tap “Log in”.
3. If your account uses two-factor authentication, enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app and tap “Continue”.

Setting Up the Authenticator

When two-factor authentication is first set up, ordicio shows a setup address that starts with “otpauth://”. Copy it into your authenticator app (most apps have an option to enter a setup key or address), then enter the code the app shows.

The Security Check

Signing in, registering and resetting a password run a short security check in the background. If ordicio says “The security check is still loading”, wait a moment and tap the button again.

Signing Out

Open the menu (three dots) and choose “Logout”.
