Sharing a Link
Send a collection or an item to anyone
- Open the collection or item and tap “Share”.
- Choose “Link only” or “Public”. A private collection has no link: nobody else can open it.
- The link appears under “Link”. Tap “Share” to send it with the app of your choice, or “Copy”.
- Or post it directly under “Share On”: Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Email or SMS. The post shows the picture and title of the page. “Picture” sends the photo itself, e.g. to Instagram.
Whoever opens the link sees the page in their browser, without having to sign in. A shared collection shows its shared items, their photos and their data sheets. Private items stay hidden.
Replacing a Link
If a link went further than you wanted, tap “New link”. The old link stops working at once, and whoever has it can no longer open the page. Share the new link with the people who should keep access.
