Reporting Content
Tell us about content that breaks the rules
If another member’s content is offensive, harassing, threatening, illegal or not safe for work, report it. Only signed in members can report.
Where to Report
- A message or comment: press and hold it (or tap its menu) and choose “Report message” or “Report comment”.
- A member: on their profile, tap the shield button: report the member, their About me or their picture.
- A collection or item someone shared: open the menu and choose “Report collection” or “Report item”.
- A picture: open it full screen and tap the flag.
Choose what is wrong and, if you like, describe it. For messages, comments and profiles you can block the member at the same time.
What Happens Next
A reviewer looks at every report. Nothing is hidden by a report alone. If the content breaks our terms, it is hidden from other members, and we email you the outcome. The author does not learn who reported it.
If Your Content Was Hidden
You get an email that names the rules it breaks, with a link to appeal. Open the link, sign in and tell us why the decision is wrong. A reviewer looks at it again and we email you the result. You still see your hidden content; nothing is deleted.
