Deleting Your Account

Leave ordicio and take your collections with you

1. Open Account and tap “Account Support”.
2. Under “Delete Your Account”, tap “Delete account…”.
3. ordicio names what you lose and asks you to confirm. “Keep my account” stops at any point.
4. Confirm it’s you with your ordicio password (and one-time code, if you use one) to complete the deletion.

If your account is linked to an Apple ID, ordicio revokes that link first.

If you only sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, you have no ordicio password for the last step. Write to us with “Contact support” and we help you delete the account.
