Contacting Us

Questions, ideas or problems: write to the team

A question, a problem, an idea, or a feature you miss? Write to us: every message reaches the small team that builds the app, and we reply by email.

1. Tap “Contact support” at the end of Help, or in Account → “Account Support”.
2. Choose what it is about. For ideas, choose “Improvement proposal” or “I miss a feature”.
3. Check the email address we should reply to. When you are signed in, the address of your account is filled in.
4. Write your question or problem. For a problem, also tell us what you did and what the app showed.
5. Tap “Send”. You get a confirmation by email, and our reply goes to the same address.

Ideas for ordicio are welcome in our feedback survey: “Share ideas in our feedback survey” at the end of Help. The survey is not answered, so use the contact form when you need a reply.
