Blocking a Member

Stop someone from contacting you

When you block a member:

• neither of you can message the other,
• they cannot comment on your items and collections any more,
• their messages and comments are hidden for you,
• their collections no longer show up for you in Explore.

They are not told that you blocked them.

How to Block

• In a conversation: press and hold one of their messages and choose “Block …”.
• In a direct conversation: tap the name at the top and choose “Block …”.
• On a page they shared: open the menu and choose “Block …”.

Unblocking

In Messages, tap the settings button (“Messaging settings”). Scroll to “Blocked Members” and tap “Unblock” next to the member. You can also tap “Unblock” in your conversation with them.

Reporting a Member

If someone harasses you or breaks the rules, report them: see “Reporting Content”. You can block them at the same time.
